what kind of health benefits does physical activity give?
Not only is physical activity good for preventing strokes, but it can also result in lesser severity of strokes and better long term outcomes for stroke patients.

Here, Dr. Lee Schwamm who is chief of Massachusetts General Hospital Stroke Services, talks about his discovery on how easy is to say to “exercise”, but it is very hard for a post-stroke patient to do it often. He talks about his own experiences on exercising the levels he proposed to his patients as it felt wrong for him to encourage these practices and not do it himself.
